Hak Entrepreneur Gaya Surga

Hak yang harus ditunaikan oleh seorang pengusaha (entrepreneur) kepada Allah adalah zakat atas harta mereka, diikuti shodaqoh dan infak. Dalam surat At Taubah ayat 103 : Ambillah zakat dari sebagian harta mereka, dengan zakat itu kamu membersihkan dan mensucikan mereka, dan berdo’alah untuk mereka. Sesungguhnya do’a kamu itu (menjadi) ketentraman jiwa bagi mereka. Dan Allah Maha Mendengar lagi Maha Mengetahui.

Dalam surat Al Baqarah ayat 110 : Dan dirikanlah shalat, tunaikanlah zakat. Dan kebaikan apa saja yang kamu usahakan bagi dirimu, tentu kamu akan mendapat pahalanya pada sisi Allah. Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Melihat apa-apa yang kamu kerjakan.

Keperuntukan zakat itu sudah diatur oleh Allah yang disebutkan dalam surat At Taubah ayat 60 : Sesungguhnya zakat-zakat itu, hanyalah untuk orang-orang fakir, orang-orang miskin, pengurus-pengurus zakat, para muallaf yang dibujuk hatinya, untuk (memerdekakan) budak, orang-orang yang berhutang, untuk jalan Allah dan orang-orang yang sedang dalam perjalanan sebagai sesuatu ketetapan yang diwajibkan Allah dan Allah Maha Mengetahui lagi Maha Bijaksana.

Membelanjakan harta yang sempurna adalah dengan harta yang dicintai. Dalam surat Ali Imran ayat 92 : Kamu sekali-kali tidak sampai kepada kebajikan (yang sempurna), sebelum kamu menafkahkan sebagian harta yang kamu cintai. Dan apa saja yang kamu nafkahkan, maka sesungguhnya Allah mengetahuinya.

 Allah memerintahkan untuk berbisnis dengan suka-sama suka. Dalam surat Al Nisaa’ ayat 29 : Hai orang-orang yang beriman, janganlah kamu saling memakan harta sesamamu dengan jalan yang batil, kecuali dengan jalan perniagaan yang berlaku dengan suka sama-suka di antara kamu. Dan janganlah kamu membunuh dirimu, sesungguhnya Allah adalah Maha Penyayang kepadamu.

Rasulullah s.a.w. menganjur untuk memiliki hak khiyar, yang merupakan hak penjual dan pembeli untuk menentukan pilihan antara tetap meneruskan jual beli atau membatalkannya. Dari Ibnu Umar r.a., dari Rasulullah s.a.w., bahwasanya beliau bersabda : “Apabila dua orang telah melakukan jual beli, maka tiap-tiap orang dari keduanya boleh khiyar selama mereka belum berpisah, dan keduanya masih berkumpul, atau salah satu dari keduanya telah memberi khiyar kepada yang lain, dan keduanya telah melakukan jual beli atas dasar khiyar itu, maka sesungguhnya jual beli itu haruslah dilakukan atas yang demikian.

Jika keduanya telah berpisah sesudah melakukan jual beli, sedang yang satu lagi belum meninggalkan (tempat) jual beli. Maka jual beli itu harus berlaku demikian.” (Bukhari dan Muslim). Dari Hakim bin Hizam r.a., katanya Rasulullah s.a.w. bersabda : “Dua orang yang berjual beli boleh khiyar (memilih) selama keduanya belum berpisah, atau sehingga keduanya berpisah. Jika keduanya berlaku benar, baik dalam tindakan dan ucapan atau keterangan, maka jual beli keduanya diberkati (Allah). Dan jika kedua bersikap menyembunyikan dan dusta, keberkatan jual beli keduanya dihapus (sirna)” (Bukhari dan Muslim).

Strategi Membalik Mangkok

Senjata yang ampuh untuk menapaki tangga-tangga bisnis adalah sikap mental positif. Ada beberapa strategi untuk tetap menjadi orang yang bersikap mental positif. Salah satu stratetgi tersebut adalah strategi membalik mangkok. Strategi membalik mangkok adalah strategi melihat suatu kejadian yang negatif dari sisi positif.

Ketika anda berangkat ke kuliah atau ke kantor dengan mengendari sepeda motor, tiba-tiba saja ban sepeda motor anda terkena paku, sehingga kempes yang menyebabkan anda tidak dapat melanjutkan perjalanan ke kampus atau ke kantor atau barangkali anda akan terlambat. Jika anda menggunakan strategi membalik mangkok, maka Anda masih dapat mengatakan “untung sepeda motor saya kena paku, kalau tidak kena paku, bisa-bisa saya malah kesruduk bis”. Dengan strategi ini Anda, lama kelamaan akan terlatih dan Anda akan tetap terjaga dalam sikap mental positif.

Ketika saya akan membeli tanah di desa Kronggahan untuk kampus STMIK Amikom Yogyakarta seluas 1000 meter persegi untuk melengkapi tanah yang di sebelahnya agar mencapai 5000 meter persegĂ­. Pemilik tanah telah menandatangi kesepakatan harga dan pembayaran di atas materai. Tetapi pemilik tanah, mengingkari janjinya dengan mengulur-ulur waktu dan menaikkan harga, sehingga wakil saya jengkel sekali. “Kalau dia pria, pasti aku tempeleng” katanya. Saya berusaha meredakan kemarakan dia, kemudian saya mengataka sambil menghiburnya ”Aku juga jengkel Pak, tetapi coba Anda cari tanah lagi, barangkali Allah akan memberikan yang lebih baik bagi AMIKOM”. Seminggu kemudian Wakil saya tersebut menyampaikan berita kepada saya, bahwa ada tanah di samping gedung AMIKOM yang ditawarkan dengan harga Rp. 275.000,-dengan luas kurang lebih 6000 meter persegi. ”Benar kan Pak, Allah menunjukkan yang terbaik bagi kita” komentar saya.

Demikian halnya, ketika Pak Purdi oleh pemilik rumah di jalan Kapten Tendean 25 Yogyakarta, disuruh untuk memindah semua barang yang ada di rumah tersebut, karena sesudah 3 tiga bulan belum mampu mebayar kontrak ruangan 8 m x 4 m yang hanya Rp.25.000,- per bulan. Kemudian Pak Purdi menceritakan kepada saya kalau kita disuruh pindah oleh pemilik rumah tersebut dan hanya diberi waktu satu minggu. ”Insya Allah ada hikmahnya” jawab saya sambil menghibur. Padahal itu sesungguhnya hanya satu-satunya kalimat yang dapat saya ucapkan, karena tidak punya kalimat lain. Ternyata ini merupakan tonggal awal perjalan Primagama. Kami seperti dicambuk, agar berlari lebih kencang untuk meraih keberhasilan. Saya dan Pak Purdi akhirnya memutuskan memanfaatkan waktu seminggu itu untuk membagi brosur ke seluruh SMA di Yogyakarta. Hasilnya kami mendapatkan uang Rp. 50.000,- dan mendapatkan rumah kontrakan baru yang lebih baik dari yang lama Mengambil hikmah dari setiap kejadian adalah strategi membalik mangkok yang merupakan salah satu cara untuk tetap menjaga sikap mental positif.

Strategy To Failure
